en creux, new compilation, Tintin Patrone in concert

First of all a big SORRY for everyone who is still waiting for their en creux tapes - we experienced some serious problems with the new tape manufacturer we have started working with in January. I am not into namedropping, but after working with a lawyer (wtf) to get these tapes from the manufacturer we fell for, we now finally got a refund. We were promised to get the tapes at the beginning of march, and look where we are now. But time will come - we’ll keep you updated. That said, Lucia’s music is still awesome and deserves your ears:

In better news, I have spent a good amount of time compiling a sampler to raise money for Frankenkonvoi, a help organization which works directly at the polish-ukranian border. These people do a fucking great job at taking direct action and help where GO’s and multinational help organizations lose time and money due to their structures and systems.

For The Lack Of Better Words will be released on 20.5.22 as a digital-only compilation to keep costs as low as possible. It will feature a total of 21 exclusive tracks from the extended OM family. Most of this music was composed in the wake of the russian war against the people of Ukraine; aside from artists like Savvas Metaxas, DRNTTCKS or Kirsche von Bubach you’ll find music from the likes of Jeremy Young (who recently released a great album on Meakusma) feat. Lisa Pulsatilla, Family Underground, Joachim Nordwall or Phantom Horse. Plus, the whole compilation got an extra audiophile mastering from Martin Thompson of SM-LL! Also, DRNTTCKS did a short weekend tour together with Andrew Bernstein (who also blows the sax in Horse Lords) and it was super fun, and I already set up a new gig at my new favourite location SPACE BETWEEN. Tintin Patrone will play there on 19.5.22, so if you live near Nuremburg, know that Präsenzveranstaltung shall not be missed!
